Life is a journey, a process, an adventure, a temporary trip…Happiness is not a destination, happiness is the journey, happiness is this moment and thus, the way you experience this very moment.
Happiness is a choice. No matter the circumstances. We can always step into our power and see beyond the difficulties to turn them into a flow of infinite-abundant possibilities and blessings.

Surrender to the flow—adapt to the flow and accept that wherever you are, right here, right now— imperfections, challenges, struggles and all— it is exactly where you need to be.
Embrace the lessons, receive the blessings and the opportunities to expand, grow, love and evolve.
Keep accepting yourself and unravelling your deep-inner truth to find the “no-road” to happiness that happens when you embrace this very right moment as it is with no judgement. Happiness happens right here, right now. And as my mother always said, “Life will never be perfect.” And thank God for that! So accept, honour, respect, and love your dark side and imperfections. This is when you will experience the most power, freedom, and true happiness.
Be grateful for every opportunity to learn how to love yourself more. Remember it is the hardest times that help us love and expand, stretch, even further. And we get to choose. So it will always be up to you, And there are no wrong choices, because all choices ultimately will always lead us home.
Don’t run away from your pain. Be with it for it will give the greatest answers of where to go next. It is in your pain where you will find your greatest strength.
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you,” Rumi
Embrace this moment, trust this moment and the way it’s unfolding for you. Remember that life doesn’t happen to you but for you.
Remember: You are exactly where you need to be. Doing what you need to do. With what and who you need to be. All is well.
Practice: Take a deep, long breath. Surrender. Trust. Think of three things you are grateful for.
