Raw Vegan Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup young coconut flesh (or coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup coconut water (add more to adjust consistency)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder or raw carob powder (for a caffeine free version)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch cardamom (optional)
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 2 Tablespoons sesame, hemp or chia seeds (optional)
- Garnish with cacao nibs of pieces of organic 85% dark chocolate (optional)
How To
Blend all your ingredients in your high speed blender.
Pour your smoothie into a nice glass and garnish with some cacao nibs, dark chocolate chunks and/or goji berries.
